A student has to attend all the classes (lectures, labs, workshops, physical activities etc.). In case of absence the following rules will be applicable.

• A student whose absence exceeds (2/15) of the course's contact hours shall be awarded Denial (DN).
• A student whose absence exceeds (10%) (33 contact hours) of English I or English II courses shall be awarded Denial (DN).
• A student will not be permitted for re-exam unless he was admitted in the hospital or his exams' date fall within the period of discharged sick leave.
• A student whose absence exceeds (2/15) of the course's contact hours or (10%) (33 contact hours) in English 1 or English 2 due to hospitalization (if the discharged sick leave is approved) will be awarded grade WE) withdrawal with excuse.
