The English Language Institute at the Royal Commission for Jubail in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia, provides a four-level English language program to students studying at one of the three post-secondary schools in Jubail: 

(1) Jubail University College 

(2) Jubail Industrial College 

(3) Jubail Technical Institute.​​

 

In addition, the ELI offers three courses that students take concurrently with their Associate of Science (AS) studies and one further course for those students who study in the Bachelor of Science (BS) program.

 

Students sit a placement test when they are admitted and those who score well are entitled to take an Exemption Test to be exempted from one or more levels.  ​
