His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Eastern Province, honored the graduation ceremony of the Colleges and Institutes Sector of the Royal Commission in Jubail for the year 1438-1439H, held on April 25, 2018 in the presence of parents of graduates at the Grand Hall of King Abdullah Cultural Center in Jubail Industrial City. The President of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Dr. Mosleh Hamed Al-Otaibi and the General Manager of the Colleges and Institutes Sector, Dr. Ali Hassan Asiri, received HRH Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz upon his arrival at the headquarters of the ceremony,

The ceremony began with the reading of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a speech delivered by Dr. Assiri, in which he stressed that our country - sponsored by God - is progressing steadily and studied towards the march of development and advancement of our dear country, to be in the ranks of the developed countries. He mentioned that the sector is working closely with our wise government to explore a bright future, noting the kingdom's keenness and interest in youth. This is evident in the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Vision 2030, that depends with high hopes on the youth of the homeland. It is worth mentioning that the number of graduates during the ceremony is 877. A visual presentation about the Colleges and Institutes Sector followed thereafter.

To address the graduates, His Royal Highness, , Governor of Eastern Province, delivered a powerful message stressing that the patronage of His Highness embodies wise leadership enjoyed by the students in the region. During his speech, HRH Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdul Aziz mentioned that the Kingdom's plans and strategies are in line with its policy of investing in vast human workforce, who are the real wealth through which we can move all countries in our development in all fields.

And as part of the development of this kingdom, which lives under the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, great emphasis has been given on education, under the Vision 2030, which carried the plans and curricula of advanced education. His Royal Highness also expressed great pride in the educational achievements of the Jubail University College, Jubail Industrial College, and Jubail Technical Institute in enriching the country with many scientific disciplines. Their contributions made a great impact on the prosperity and development of national industries and its localization, which nourishes the labor market with special technical specialties that work according to an integrated educational system needed by the labor market, and in so doing, in line themselves with the Royal Commission's strategy in selecting the leading scientific disciplines.

To conclude his speech, His Royal Highness said, "This success is demonstrated in all that you have presented to us - to bring this ambitious generation capable of assuming responsibility. We appreciate your continued efforts to this bright constellation of your sons throughout these past years, and I hope that you continue to carry the banner of science and knowledge and bring them to the homeland."
