PAEC News:
Meeting 392-1
The first PAEC meeting during the semester 392 was held on Tuesday 19-03-2019. The agenda of the meeting included the revised mission of the college, the new ABET Student's outcomes and the new Performance Indicators; and the need for replacing of inactive PAEC members. Three members attended the meeting and after updating PAEC members with the revised SOs and PIs, all members went for a tour in the CHE Open Day and then for the arranged launch by the college. The college deputy, Dr. Sirhan AL-Batty has distributed certificates of appreciations for all attended PAEC members from different departments.
Meeting 391-1
The Program Advisory and Evaluation Committee has conducted the first meeting 391-01 on Tuesday, 20 Nov 2019. The committee welcomed the new PAEC member Mr. Shadi Qutaishat, the technical manager of the Sun Ace Gulf Company; which is specialized in production of all kinds of heat stabilizers and lubricants for PVC manufacturing. The main discussion was regarding the Curriculum Review / Phase II, and the feedback was collected from the PAEC members. Other agenda items included the newly launched bridging program for POLY graduates with AS degree in Polymer Engineering Technology, which allows them to continue their study and get a BSc degree in Chemical Engineering Technology major. The first batch of POLY students has joined the bridging program during semester 382 (February/2018).
