The College's entrants are classified into the following categories:
- Fresh high school graduates who enroll in the College's associate programs
- Associate degree holders who want to enroll in a bachelor program leading to BS degree
- Employed work-force with associate degree who wants to pursue a bachelor program as part-timers
- Employed industrial trainees with high school certificate who are sponsored to pursue special/ tailor-made training programs as long courses (up to one year duration).
- Business community which aims at sharpening the competencies of its personnel of senior cadre in specialized short courses of 1-2 weeks in topic areas
- Public service program attendees who want to participate in the College's evening courses
