Improvement Program

The improvement program is offered to Preparatory Year students who are dismissed because they fail in English II course after obtaining D or D+ grade after the second try, or students dismissed because of failure in Math course after obtaining F grade after the second try.
Implementation Procedures:
An improvement student should:
1- Register the improvement course/course through the internet according to the times specified in the academic calendar and visit the college website once again to know whether he has been accepted or not. In addition to this, a SMS message will be sent to the accepted students.
2- An improvement student will not be allowed to study any course more than once.
3- A student will not be allowed to register as an improvement student after one semester from the date of closing his record.
4- Priority will be given to the course in which a student’s failure resulted in his dismissal from the college.
5- A student will pay 2000 SR as fees for studying English course for one semester and 1000 SR for studying Math course. This must be paid at least one week before resuming study.
6- A student who fails in the Technical Math course may transfer to the Business Math course in the improvement program.
7- A student has the right to withdraw from the program during two weeks from the beginning of the regular semester and one week from the beginning of the summer course. In this case, the fees will be paid back to student with a deduction of 10% of the amount as a registration fee. The fees will not be paid back if the student withdraws after two weeks from the beginning of the regular semester and one week from the beginning of the summer course.
