Jubail Industrial College, through the initiative of the Orient-Activity Committee of the English Language Center, conducted the final round of the English Speech Contest at the JIC Auditorium on January 19, 2010. After having bested the other candidates in the first two rounds of the contest, the finalists faced the judges again in the final competition.

The contest concluded with Hamdan M. Al-Zahrani and Barrak A. Al-Rushid who were awarded the 1^st and 2^nd places, respectively. Dr. Mohammed S. Ibbini, Deputy of the Educational and Training Affairs, presented the gift to them.
